Questions & Answers

What do I need to do first to receive your services?

In order to receive our services, we would need to set up a meet & greet.  We would meet you and your pet and get to know each other. We can learn about their characteristics by observing them and you can get to know us. We would provide you with our application and take pictures of you together for our files. If at that time you have an extra key or a code for us we would get that. Key pickup would be $10 outside this meeting or you could meet us on location and bring it to us.

How do I reserve a service and time?

Give us a call or send us an email, you can even use the form at the "Contact Us" tab on this site. We will see if your requested time is open and schedule. If it is not available, we will offer you an alternative or you may reschedule for another time. It is best to schedule ahead by at least 7 to 10 days, but more is perfect!

What payments do you except?

At this time, we only accept cash and credit card. Cash is preferred, and there is an administration fee for credit cards of 3%.

How do I know my pet was visited?

You will receive a text/email with a photo of your pet and a pet report card will be left for you near the front door area. If you have any questions after you review, you may contact us, or leave us a note on the back, and next time we visit we can respond.

Do you offer packages for continued repeat services?

Yes, we do offer monthly packages at a reduced fee dependent on availability and service type. These would require payment upfront in full.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 72 hours for a full refund in a credit for future use. If it is less than 48 hours, we are unable to provide a credit. 48 hour notice will recieve a 50% credit for future use.  Credits can be given as gifts, please request.

Do you pet sit in your home?

No, we do not pet sit at our home because we believe that the pet is stressed without their humans being there, and that they benefit greatly from the familiarity of their surroundings in their own home. Consideration will be given for special cases.
